Pendragon Cottage is made from solid stone and has been converted from a 160 year old listed barn conversation on a non-working farm overlooking Bodmin Moor and the many moorland churches and also St. Breock Hills. It is unbelievably quiet for touring all the North Cornish Coast. It has been converted to a high standard and has every comfort including a luxury bed, which will be made up for the tenants arrival. and peaceful and is an ideal base.
The beaches of Polzeath 2 miles(surfing and safebathing) Daymer Bay, and Rock are within 1 mile and PortQuin and Port Isaac within 5 miles. It is an area with an abundance of high quality eateries all adding to a wonderful surfing, beach, walking, golfing or just sitting and looking at the panoramic view holiday.
Eden Project half hours drive and Padstow 1 hours walk or half hours drive away (Rick Steins Restaurant and Bistro). The famous Camel Cycle Trail 7 miles. Close to Rosearrow Golf and Country Club with swimming pool, sauna and beauty treatments.
The storage heating is by meter reading and deducted from damage deposit.
